Chest CT may be considered as a primary tool for screening of symptomatic contacts of COVID 19 in epidemic areas, particularly where access to reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) testing is difficult. The positive rates of RT-PCR assay and chest CT imaging in our cohort were 61.4% (43/70), and 85.7 % (60/70) for the diagnosis of suspected patients with COVID-19, respectively. With RT-PCR as a reference, the sensitivity of chest CT imaging for COVID-19 was 93% (40/43).</p>}, number={20}, journal={International Journal of Health and Clinical Research}, author={Srujana Pilli and Shaik Ameenulla Hafeezuddin and Vignesh N}, year={2021}, month={Nov.}, pages={261–263} }
